As a theoretical thinker, journalist, author, coach and teacher I am concerned about the big questions in life: Who are we? Where are we going? What is really important in order to live a fulfilling life, and what kind of heritage will we hand over?
For some reason it has always been like this even though I grew up on a soccer field and managed to play a couple of matches in the Superliga for the Danish club AGF. I finished high school in 1989 and then studied philosophy and theology for a couple of years before I started my education on Danmarks Journalisthøjskole in Århus in 1993. I finished my Bachelor in journalism in 1997. After that I worked a couple of years as a journalist, press officer and head of communications.
I hold a master of Management and Business Psychology from Aalborg University and additional educations in systemic simplification and psychotherapy.
I am a student of Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche and Erik Tema Kunsang.
Since 2004 I have worked as an independent consultant to help and guide people, teams and organisations contemplate, feel and sense deeper and thus be able to make more well-informed decisions. I use my experience and my unique mix of studies of psychology, philosophy, art, Tibetan Buddhism and systemic view of life to work all over the world with customers from Telefonica, Electrolux and NORDEN among others.
The story about Jesus is one of the most influential stories of all times. And the relation between the masculine and feminine is often of major concern – the centre of attention and will always create wonder, exploration and debate.
Even though the world is not short on books focusing on this subject – the story about Jesus and the relation between the two sexes – I have nevertheless chosen to write yet another one hoping that my version will inspire; to understand Christianity in a new way as well as to create a (little bit) better relation between the two sexes.
When I take at look at my own life and the world as such I’m convinced that there is room for both improvements.
There is room for an awakening and a more active metaphysical spirituality that can save us from a stale liberal spiritless view of the world that makes us destroy and over-exploite our environment, the animals and each other (and unfortunately still women and children -#metoo speaks for itself).
I will, by no means call myself an expert regarding relations or sexes. My biggest accomplishments in these matters have grown from all the mistakes I have made and the things I’ve learned from them during my life.
I regard the growth of civilization, our awakening to an active spirituality and our ability to balance between the masculine and the feminine within us and between us as fundamentally important to our continued existence. This is why it makes sense that my novel The Resurrections draws on stories and themes from the life of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene during the Inquisition in the medieval times and up until present time’s challenges between the masculine and the feminine. The Resurrections is my first fiction book.
